✨Basic Info
All of the work on this site is created by two freelance artists. Each piece is completely handmade and created from our original sculpts and patterns. By purchasing a piece of art from us you are directly helping to fund our lives and future projects. This shop is our full time job, so we appreciate every sale!
✨Shipping
We are based in the United States.
We ship internationally.
We ship using USPS and USPS International. All orders are shipped Priority and include tracking.
Once your purchase is shipped and in the hands of the postal system we are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or etc packages and their contents. The package will be in the hands of fate from that point on till it reaches your hands. If an item is lost or damaged in route to the destination we will not make a replacement. This also applies to if your package is stolen via porch pirates or any other means. It is unfortunately impossible to control what happens once it leaves our care. We make sure our packages are taped securely for their journey to the destination.
We do not insure packages unless requested, which will add to the overall cost. Priority (within the US) comes with $50 insurance automatically. Priority International can be insure up to a max of $200, there is no exceptions. Save money at your own risk. After placing your order send us a message if you would like additional insurance so this can be arranged and paid for via a PayPal invoice.
Most pre-made items will be shipped within 1-3 business days.
It can take packages shipping internationally 7 days to 2 weeks to arrive depending on your location. Sometimes it can take longer if an item gets stuck in customs or is affected by delays for varying reasons
There may be a customs charge if you live internationally. We will declare the package for the price you paid. We are not responsible for this cost and we will not mark the item as a lower price or a gift so you can avoid fees. This is illegal. Please plan accordingly and calculate your possible custom costs before purchasing. There are calculators available online that can help you prepare.
Regarding the EU:
As far as physical items go we will only be shipping therapy demons or items that total 135 Euro and up ($162 +) before shipping costs. This is to insure that we pass the VAT threshold that requires us to become a VAT middleman and owe money to the UK government. If you buy a low priced item only, we will unfortunately have to refund you.
✨Payment Plans
Payment Plan options are available on auctions and custom goats if you are unable to purchase an item in full. Payment plans a not available on premades, unless otherwise stated.
At this time, payment plans are available for up to 2 months.
Payment plan payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you decide to cancel before completing the full amount, you will not be refunded the payments you have already made as a courtesy for withholding this item for you and you will receive nothing.
If an agreed upon payment is late by a week or the seller is unable to contact the buyer for over two weeks, we hold the right to cancel your payment plan, keep all payments made so far, and you will receive nothing. We are happy to work with you within reason.
If you are interested in a payment plan, please send us an email via our CONTACT US form.
✨Ordering
After you have purchased an item, you will be sent a confirmation email.
When your item has shipped you will be sent an email containing the tracking number.
Check your spam folder if you do not see an order confirmation
Please make sure before ordering that your shipping info is correct. We will not be held responsible to a package that is misplaced due to an incorrect address.
✨Enamel Pin Grading
Pins are sold in two grades, “standards” and “seconds”.
Standard grade pins may have a few or small imperfections. Hard enamel pins are handmade during production and are never considered perfect. Seconds have more obvious imperfections or many of them.
Here is how we grade our pins. Our general rule is that if the pin is held at arm’s length and the flaws aren’t obviously visible then they are considered standard. This also applies if the pin needs to be tilted around in the light to see the flaws. These possible imperfections are but not limited to:
🖤Standard Grade:
-Small scuffs or scratches
-Tiny chips, dings, or dents in plating
-Small areas of uneven plating, but not rough.
-Small dust specks or bubbles in enamel
-Minor unevenness in enamel, underfill or overfill.
-Minor screenprinting errors
-Bent or wobbly back posts
-Scratches or errors on back of pin
🖤Special enamel, like glitter or glow in the dark, has a higher risk of imperfections which are still considered standard grade. These include:
-Uneven glitter or dark areas
-Bubbles in special enamel
-Few discolored glitter specks
🖤Seconds Grade:
-Many imperfections from above list
-Large or deep scuffs or scratches
-Large dents and chips in metal plating
-Rough or abrasive plating
-Large areas of uneven plating
-Bumps in enamel
-Large dirt, dust, or bubbles in enamel
-Errors in metal, missing patches or holes.
We don’t sell “collector’s grade” pins. Don’t purchase if the above standards aren’t acceptable to you. Purchasing this item means you acknowledge that the possible imperfections listed in our grading policies are acceptable. All sales are final! Returns or replacements will not be accepted, in general or because of imperfections.
✨General Plush Info and Care
Our plushies are completely handmade from our original patterns and are considered collectible works of art. They are not intended for children under the age of 18 and are not suitable for play. They are NOT toys. Please remember that these are handmade items that were often sewn with a hand needle and thread and therefore feel most at home on a display shelf.
Our Therapy Demons are meant as anxiety support plushies for adults. This means that we understand they will have greater amount of handling in their lifetime, but they are still not to be used during play or roughhousing. They are also not suitable for children due to the fact they have metal O rings in their noses, metal grommets in their ears, and steel BB pellets in their legs for added weight that could potentially be a choking hazard for children. We trust adults will handle them properly and with care. They are perfect to lay on your lap while watching your favorite show, but treat them with kindness and respect.
To treat spills or stains, use a cloth with warm water and gently spot treat them. Sometimes a bit of color safe detergent will also help. Never put a plush through the washing machine!
FAQs
Q: Will the therapy demon goat pattern be released to the public?
A: No. The Therapy Demon Goat pattern WILL NOT be released.
We never planned to from the very beginning. We get this question a lot and we understand that they are expensive or that you would just like the experience of making your own. Unfortunately, we have no interest in teaching others to make them. Most artists never release any of their patterns. We release some because we love to see what other people come up with and joy in knowing that they are having a great experience making a new plush friend. This however does not mean that we do not want to keep some of them to ourselves.
We also request that you do not try to copy the pattern as a work around. We have had several people insinuate that they would try to mimic our pattern if we do not release it. This is called stealing. Be a good person. Just look at the variety of character designs in media for the same creature and use your imagination. We know there are other demon goat plushies out there and they look nothing like ours.
Q: Will you make a plush of this original character/fursona or character from a show/book/movie.
A: No. We do not take commissions that require us to make an entirely new pattern. We will gladly do small alterations to one of our existing patterns if we are comfortable with it. Most of our custom slots are for custom colorways, not large alterations.
Q: How do customs work?
A: Every so often we will open up a predetermined number of custom slots for a particular design. This will be announced ahead of time on our' social media accounts. If the custom slots are going to be first come, first served, then the slots will be available for purchase as “tickets” in our shop. These tickets will be the base price of the plush. If you had any extras you wanted to add, we will bill you separately for the upcharges using paypal. Please email us any design questions ahead of time to make sure your idea is possible and to receive a quote.
If the slots are artist choice, we will open up for design submissions for a limited amount of time. Usually 24-48 hrs. A template will be provided for you to color and design off of and this will be what you send us for consideration. We will then pick out favorites and send an email to the winners with a price quote. If this is acceptable we will send a paypal invoice and the slot will be claimed. If it is not, then we will move on to the runner ups. Once again, if you are worried about the price or if a design is even possible, please send us an email for a quote.
Q: How often do you open custom slots?
A: This really depends on the month, our workload, and what plushie you are after. At this moment we are only taking on customs for demon goats and all other designs will be available only as premades. We recommend you stalk one of our social media accounts for the latest updates on when custom slots will open. Usually they open every 3-4 months, but this isn’t a rule.
Q: How do I get a custom goat?
A: Please refer to the questions above. We do have additional information about goat customs including the template that you can fill out for a quote here. This link will provide you with available material options that should help spark your creativity. Please just note that the materials are changing all the time, so they may differ from what is on the charts. If you have a particular color in mind that you do not see, please just ask!
Q: Can I sell items made with your patterns?
A: Yes! We are completely fine with you selling items made with our patterns as long as you link back to us as the pattern makers in some fashion. This can be through social media tags or a small tag with our social media handle in front of a display of plushies. We love seeing your creations, so please share them with us!
Q: Where do you get your fabrics?
A: We pick them up from a variety of places, but most commonly we buy from howlfabrics.com, bigZfabrics.com, caliquiltco on Etsy, and fabulessfabrics on Etsy. The metal pieces on the goats come mostly from Tandy Leather.
Q: Will you make a duplicate of this (insert image of existing goat here):
A: No. We are not interested in duplicating goat designs. Not only does this make them less special, but it also becomes a drag for us as creators. We enjoy seeing new visions come to life, so we are going to have to hard pass on duplicates. I’m sorry if someone else got to your vision first, but our goats are highly customizable. I’m sure there is something you can do to make it special and unique!
Also PS. changing something miniscule like the eye color does not count!
Q: Why haven’t I received an email/message back yet?:
A: We are only two people doing our best, so if we missed your email or message, please have patience. We will get to you in time! It doesn’t hurt to poke us again if it’s been awhile though.
We are still only about a year and a half into running this as a business and a half a year full time! I’m very sorry if we can be a bit slow at times. If you messages us through facebook, please use a different platform. We are hardly ever on that account and much prefer email/instagram/twitter.
